JOB TITLE:                EDI Coordinator

REPORTS TO:                      Customer Service Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator or EDI Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day EDI functions and projects in customer service.  Most importantly will be troubleshooting and resolving all EDI issues regarding the exchange of data to and from trading partners and Sage.   Additionally, will help support customer service process EDI orders, and assist all customer relations coordinators in working with the internal sales teams, retailers, and manufacturers.
 
  1. Manage and resolve all day-to-day EDI responsibilities of all accounts.
  2. Assist in processing all incoming EDI orders from all databases.
  3. Analyze, report and troubleshoot issues regarding EDI sales, returns, product shortages as it relates to EDI communication to and from Sage XM
  4. Make sure all EDI orders are tracked and meet all deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  5. Assist in Generating month-end reports from retail portal to evaluate score rating.
  6. Responsible for testing, maintaining, and upgrading the maps and applications that deliver data.
  7. Print and assist Finance department with month and year-end invoicing processes as it relates to retail invoicing requirements and portals.
  8. Communicate with and assist with customer calls relating to routine account problems as necessary.
  9. Train others on EDI computer interface or software use as needed.
  10. Other tasks as needed.
 

Qualifications

Education Experience Skills
Associate degree in computers and or Certificate EDI proficiency preferred
 		 Two to three years related experience and/ or training; EDI proficient, Sage XM proficiency preferred, Excellent written and verbal communication Skills, confident and self- motivated, excellent multi -tasker
