Human Resources Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.On-boards all new hires

2.Performs Employee relations functions by answering employee requests and questions.

3.Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees

4.Assists HR Manager and other HR Coordinator with annual employee benefit enrollments meetings.

5.Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains books current.

6.Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.

7.Reconciles the benefits statements.

8.Conducts audits of various payroll deduction benefits or other HR programs and recommends any

corrective action.

9.Assists with processing of terminations.

10.Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.

11.Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.

12.Assists with recruitment and interview process.

13.Assists with the various employee discount coupons by contacting companies for coupons as

directed by HR Manager.

14.Assists in maintaining corporate Legal Compliance as it relates to HR

15.Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.

16.Schedules conferences and company functions by reserving facilities at local hotels and/or

restaurants.

17.Prepares new employee files and maintains current.

18.Performs other duties as assigned.

19.Tracks and maintains all employee training records.

20.Assisting HR Manager and HR Coordinator in developing Career mapping strategies.

21.May assist in processing payroll company wide using Paychex.

Education: BA Degree

Experience: Have worked with confidential information and extremely detailed orientated jobs for minimum of 3 years

Skills: Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, Must be extremely organized and good at

planning. Detail orientated as it relates to QC of personnel documents.

Paychex, E-Verify and other HRIS experience is preferred.
