With minimum supervision, plan and initiate assigned projects or service requests

relating to product performance testing in hair care areas.

Conduct instrumental product performance testing using instruments such as the

Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer, Instron Material Testing System instrument, Microwave

Moisture Analyzer and Scanning Electron Microscope.

Perform data analysis including statistical analysis of the study data and write reports

Maintain current technical awareness in hair care technology particularly those that

involve hair care product testing

Handles other related duties as assigned and assists other R&D personnel as needed.

Qualifications

BA of Science Masters Preferred

1 + years preferred experience

Skills:

Knowledge of the Scientific

principles & methods.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Suite.
