Duties and responsibilities:
- Support President /CEO
- Assist with corporate interview screens
- payroll biweekly up to 45 employees
- support a team of 5 Recruiters
- print timesheets
- marketing social media accounts
- emails via website for marketing
- Follow up regarding any pre-employment screening delays
- Check references
- dispute unemployment claims
- Run recruiting metric reports
- Create recruiting reports using Excel
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of HR Admin/ Recruiting Admin experience
- QuickBooks or ADP payroll experience
- Proficient to Advanced in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
