1. Oversight of the daily management of the residential house managers for Alabama, LLC.
2. Provides programmatic supervision to the house managers.
3. Establishes and maintains effective working relations with appropriate state and local agencies with advocates and families of agency clientele.
4. Oversees the maintenance activities of all residential facilities by arranging for services, repairs, etc.
5. Develops, implements and monitors program plans.
6. Responsible for securing clients for all programs.
7. Counsels families regarding support of client's programming progress.
8. Assist in the selection of qualified staff within the Alabama Offices by working closely with the Director of MR Services.
9. Supervise the acquisition of special equipment to meet client and/or program needs. May assist in developing written procedures to provide guidance to staff.
11. Conducts short-term planning and assists in long-range planning.
12. Participates in and conducts regular management/staff meetings.
13. Ensures program compliance with applicable state and federal standards.
14. Evaluates performance of staff.
15. Supervises case management services provided by staff.
16. Evaluate outcome of services and recommend needed services.
17. Conducts in service training activities for staff.
18. May supervise contract work and production activities.
19. Recommend personnel action(s).
20. Provides on-call support to on-duty staff.
21. Participates in personal career development activities, outside conferences, workshops, seminars.
22. Perform other duties as may be delegated.
