Investor Accounting & Supply Manager

Who You Will Support In This Role?

· Your work will be in support of our high-net investors, and registered investment advisors where attention to detail, service and discretion are paramount.

 

The Role & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for some data entry to the investor accounting system and Alternative Investment Platform (AIP) with a focus on data integrity.

Assist with the reconciliation with investor accounting, Salesforce and the general ledger.

· Responsible for monthly investor payment processing.

· Provide support for the sales team with verification, Know Your Customer and compliance documentation and prepare subscription documents, both physical and electronic for direct and AIP investors.

· Serve as backup for Director of Investor Accounting and Sr. Investor Relations Coordinator as needed.

· Assist with valuation and AIP reporting process for custodian investment records.

· Assist with the approval, calculation, and payment of special distributions.

· Facilitate the investment redemption process for open ended funds.

· Prepare monthly compliance, sales management, advisor and custodian reports and ad hoc analyses and reports as needed.

· Assist with the handling of routine customer service request such as change of address, direct deposit, copies of tax documents etc.

· Prepare transfer/re-registration documents as necessary.

· Be a positive leader within the organization and good corporate citizen.

· Special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Understanding of investment language and principles, particularly real estate and basic corporate governance subject matter.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills needed.

· Customer Relationship Management Software – preferably Salesforce

· Database development and manipulation skills would be considered a plus

Education and Experience:

· BA or BS, preferably in accounting or Business.

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in financial services
