Required Skills & Experience for the Technician:
∙A great attitude with 3-5 years of professional face to face customer service experience
∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to follow up
∙Excellent Excel/ Reporting Skills: Ability to compare and update spreadsheets while providing daily/ weekly updates.
∙3 years of Mac Troubleshooting/ Software install experience
∙Ability to complete hardware takedown/ setup including (But not limited): Cabling/configuring monitors, docks, keyboards etc.
∙Ability to lift 45 lbs
∙Ability to work independently
∙Strong technical skills of the Microsoft Office 365 suite
∙Understanding of MDMs (JAMF)
∙White Glove experience
What You Will Be Doing?
As our Mac Contract Technician:
∙Deploying employee laptop
∙Will back up data to OneDrive – but may need assistance
∙Configure desk set up (Monitor, dock, etc.)
∙Documentation and Weekly report of progress
∙Contract position time: See below based off location
∙Monday to Friday 830a.m. - 5p.m.
∙6 PC deployment per technician is the daily minimum
∙Additional tasks as assigned
